Terms & Conditions
By booking services with Magnificent Mighty Movers LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Deposits are applied toward the total balance.
- No service is confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Payment
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, Zelle, Cash App, or other approved methods.
- Unpaid balances may result in additional fees.
3. Time & Minimums
- All services are subject to a minimum service time, as listed in the pricing.
- Time begins upon arrival at the job site and ends upon completion of services.
- Additional time beyond the minimum is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
4. Pricing & Rates
- Pricing applies to local services unless otherwise stated.
- Rates may vary based on distance, labor requirements, stairs, heavy or oversized items, accessibility, materials, and overall scope of work.
- Additional fees may apply for extended travel, specialty items, or unforeseen job conditions.
5. Travel & Mileage
- Local rates apply within a specified mileage range from our base location.
- Jobs beyond this range may incur a travel or mileage fee, which will be disclosed prior to service when possible.
6. Labor-Only Services
- For labor-only services, the customer is responsible for providing the truck, equipment, and adequate packing materials unless otherwise arranged.
- We are not responsible for issues related to customer-provided trucks or equipment.
7. Packing Services
- Packing services include labor and any materials listed in the selected package.
- Additional materials are available at an extra cost upon request.
8. Damage & Liability
- We take care to handle all items professionally; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly packed items, customer-provided materials, or items not disclosed prior to service.
- Customers must notify us of any concerns before the crew leaves the job site.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in advance.
- Deposits may be non-refundable for same-day or last-minute cancellations.
10. Access & Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the property, including parking, elevators, stairwells, and entry points.
- Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
11. Right to Refuse Service
- Magnificent Mighty Movers reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, undisclosed job requirements, or non-payment.
12. Agreement
By booking services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
